Our White Wine Vinegar is made from the best Italian “Trebbiano” grapes. It has a high acidity of 7.1%.
Its fragrance and aroma are ensured by its slow maturation in fine oak vats, and are a guarantee of the quality of this product.

Certainly an excellent condiment for salads. For example, a simple vinaigrette together with one of our Calvi extra virgin olve oils using 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar as a guideline, together with a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. To add a touch of flavour, try adding honey or mustard, or a squeeze of citrus such as lemon or orange.
Also great for making a delicious homemade mayonnaise, as well as an excellent component in sauces, such homemade healthy tomato ketchup or barbecue sauces. White wine vinegar is perfect for chicken and fish dishes. Try it in stir-fries, marinades, sweet and sour dishes… Its versality makes it a must to have in any kitchen!
White wine vinegar, like all vinegars, should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct light and heat sources. For example, in the pantry or a kitchen cabinet. In addition, once opened keep the bottle tightly sealed.
