Uses
The Calvi Natural Tomato Pulp is ideal for making a quick and simple, but delicious pasta sauce with the addition of a couple of cloves of crushed garlic, a few tablespoonfuls of a good olive oil, a tablespoonful of balsamic vinegar and fresh ground black pepper to taste. Alternatively perfect as a base for pizza or for making more complex dishes, such as curries, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese…etc
The possibilities are endless.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sauces. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4°C) and consume within 3 days.
