Delicious  'Borettana' cipollini onions; a small white onion from Boretto, Italy. Characterised by its flat, saucer-like shape and valued for its sweet, mild flavour and crisp texture. Processed straight from picking and immersed in a good extra virgin olive oil with a touch of pink pepper.

The onions can be eaten straight from the jar, or alternatively, with an aperitif or as a simple starter. Due to their versatility, they are also excellent for enriching salads and mixed appetizers or to complete meat dishes.
