As with our Tuna in olive oil, it is obtained from the small Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacares) and is carefully processed in Italy: steamed, cut by knife and jarred all by hand with the addition of high quality Olive Oil and fresh chilli. A particular and intense flavour, just enough chilli to give the Calvi Tuna a truly lively touch. Dedicated to lovers of strong flavours and is perfect for seasoning savoury first courses.
