The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Pinzimolio" is first cold pressed from olives produced in the first part of the harvest, at partial ripening. This gives it a fresh perfume and a delicate fruity taste, making it ideal for seasoning all types of fresh vegetables: celery, fennel, radishes, artichokes, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers…
"Pinzimolio" is bottled "mosto" (unfiltered, just as it comes from the mills), but can be filtered on request by the client.

The “Costolata” bottles of 250, 500 and 750 ml come with a mechanical cap and a cork pourer attached in a little plastic bag.
