The "Green Fruit" is an excellent Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from the monocultivar Oliva Ogliarola harvested at partial ripening.

It presents a full-bodied, slightly green, fruity flavour with piquant notes. It is the perfect product for lovers of quality oils with a distinguished taste. We like it on beans, fresh vegetables, in soups and on stockfish, boiled or stewed.

Bottled in a cylindrical dark glass bottle which ensures a better protection against light.
