Peppers and courgettes, stir-fried in a delicious base of onion, celery and carrot, bound together by our sweet tomato sauce. All enriched with a clove of garlic, herbs and a good extra virgin olive oil.

Made for seasoning pasta or rice, this sauce also makes a tempting garnish for sandwiches and bruschetta. As well as being perfect for delicious recipes such as vegetarian lasagna and polenta.
