Even our organic Pesto - like our traditional pesto - is a quality product; non-pasteurized and therefore, tastier and more fragrant (as well as being richer in vitamins and natural antioxidants) than a pesto that has been heat-treated. For this reason we recommend using it as it is or warmed just slightly: heating it would ruin it. 135 g
